When adding new request internally, give option not to send anything to patient so as not to worry them and to stop unnecessary phone calls.

Admin staff/reception staff would benefit to stop getting phone calls. Enquiries.

Delay in patient satisfaction questionnaires being sent, to be sent 48 hours after request or configurable for the practice.

Patient feedback Report - Individual reports (Just like FFT)

We would really like the option of exporting patient feedback in a way that displays individual responses to a CVS/Excel just like the FFT test. When attempting to highlight areas of concern, just the overall average numbers aren't too helpful.
