Delay in patient satisfaction questionnaires being sent, to be sent 48 hours after request or configurable for the practice.

The practice would prefer them to be sent 48 hours after PATCHs submission so patient is also scoring based on practice response and not just their feedback on the PATCHs system

Patient feedback Report - Individual reports (Just like FFT)

We would really like the option of exporting patient feedback in a way that displays individual responses to a CVS/Excel just like the FFT test. When attempting to highlight areas of concern, just the overall average numbers aren't too helpful.
