Patient to be asked for current location

Is there a way to add a question about the patients current location to the patch when they fill one out? We are getting patients requesting for help even when they are abroad or away for uni etc. How can we stop this?

For example today we had a patch asking for UTI treatment but the patient is currently studying at Newcastle uni.
