Request submitted message to patients

Request submitted confirmation message following a submitted request; I would like the option of having this confirmation sent via text to the patient's registered phone number, much like Accurx Triage. Whilst PATCHS does send an email, this email is often missed by the patients and the displayed message cannot be referred back to.
