Ability to remove clinic templates and slot types when no longer in use

Currently, we have to contact patchs support with lists of what we want to remove. We are currently trialling different appt systems and processes so our clinic types and slot types are changing constantly. We are now inundated with slot types we no longer use. When we update the clinic and slot types there should be a way for these slots to be removed so you dont end up with a long list.
