In reports section can it state the closing time of patch's.

the ability to pin frequently used message templates so you don't have to search

Either the ability to pin or favourite the most used message templates, or even the most frequent one is suggested automatically at the top, to save time on searching.

Allow patients to request just acute meds via Patchs

As a GP practice I want to allow patients to submit only requests for acute medication via Patch (repeats to be made via PFS) so that patients submit medication requests in the correct way.

When someone submits a PATCHS request, if we then message them back to book them in for example, until the patient replies nothing saves to their record. Would be good if everything saved anyway regardless of whether or not the patient has replied.
