Incoming requests are directed to individual inboxes straight away e.g prescription requests, new health problem etc

Would help colleagues to be able to focus on important requests at the right time and not have to filter requests across. Will allow colleagues to action requests more simply and more effectively for patients too

When requesting Admin/Med Requests remove "Does [patient] have any of the following symptoms?

Feel this is not required for a admin/medication request, some patients don't actually read the message and click Yes so a medication request does get red flagged and when we contact them they said they click it accidentally, we get a quite few!
