Self book - automatically save to EMIS if message opened/appt booked

Currently when sending a Self book message, when the patient opens the message or books an appointment both messages show in PATCHS as 'messaged opened' and need to be opened and manually saving to the clinical system. This is time consuming and I...

Send message categories to SMS provider when sending SMS to patients

As a PATCHS staff user When I trigger PATCHS to send an SMS message to a patient Then I would like PATCHS to send the category of the message through to my SMS provider To allow for better reporting on SMS costs

Incoming requests are directed to individual inboxes straight away e.g prescription requests, new health problem etc

Would help colleagues to be able to focus on important requests at the right time and not have to filter requests across. Will allow colleagues to action requests more simply and more effectively for patients too

When requesting Admin/Med Requests remove "Does [patient] have any of the following symptoms?

Feel this is not required for a admin/medication request, some patients don't actually read the message and click Yes so a medication request does get red flagged and when we contact them they said they click it accidentally, we get a quite few!

Refresh of patients details in EMIS

When you save a text message response ion accurx a yellow banner appears asking if you want to reload patient, this would be useful if it could happen also for patchs.

Patients should be able to register even without a mobile number

We have a number of patients who do not have mobile's. This instantly excludes them as a patient group from using the online consultaions we are encouraging them to complete.
