more options to configure post-appointment messages

I understand that post-appointment messages send 2hrs after the appointment.

I think the messages are being sent regardless of whether the appointment has been finished or not - we have had poor feedback for telephone appointments that patients haven't received because the clinician doesn't ring at the exact time, but triages their list and rings when convenient/appropriate to do so.

Could the message only be sent once the appointment has been finished in S1? I have had to switch these off for any telephone appointments.

Do they send for DNAd appointments?
