Graphical reporting and slicing of patient feedback

It would be easier to analysis the feedback graphically eg pie chart on rating, or time series. It would be helpful to be able to slice the data on age and time frames.

Currently if the details do not match the PDS there is a yellow warning banner with a link which just goes to NHSE page explaining what PDS is. This is silly - it should point to the specific patient spine details so we can compare with the EHR
