Allow customisation for PATCHS email generated when patient request assigned to a booked slot

As a PATCHS practice admin user

I would like to be able to edit the email text sent to patients when a request if theirs is assigned to a booked slot

To better reflect the workflows of my practice and better inform patients of how we will process their request
