    There are currently only 3 optional questions (out of 10) for health problems:

    • how would you like the practice to help

    • who would you prefer to help

    • when are you not available

    This isn't something that's been highlighted to us as a requirement previously but if then practice have seen requests where the patient has skipped more than 3 questions - please let us know as this isn't expected behaviour.
