Automatically Assign Requests to a Group Mailbox

When a Specific request type comes in can there be a setting where it automatically goes into a group mailbox (Medication Requests for example go into a Prescriptions Shared Mailbox)

To avoid patients being contacted at the wrong time, can the wording on the availability question be updated so that it asks 'if there are times when you're available to be contacted by your practice, please put them here (optional)'

Supporting email when an SMS is sent

When sending an SMS to a patient, also send a supporting email saying “you will receive an email from … practice” to reassure them.

remove links from text and emails

Patients are reluctant to click links as they thinks they are scams or virus causing so they are missing important information. Please can we have ability to decide at practice level if it warrants a link or not.

Appointment reminders - minimum cancellation period

As a Patchs staff user I want to be able to set a minimum cancellation notification period for appointment reminders so that patients give sufficient notice of appointment cancellations.
