Ability for parents of under age patients to register themselves explicitly as a parent rather than a carer

As a PATCHS user submitting requests on behalf of my child

I would like to be able to explicitly register as a parent rather than a carer

And for this to be reflected within PATCHS both to myself and to the GP practice

To more accurately reflect my relationship to the patient in question
