Have patchs update EMIS system when a patch message has failed to deliver - currently only says that a text has been sent, doesn't then update when the text has failed.

Allow for the toolbar to be a different colour

The current toolbar colour-way (white), when open over S1 blends into the S1 colours and is difficult to differentiate Particularly when floating over records.
