Multiple Admins for an organisation

It would be really useful for PATCHS to allow more than one admin, so we don't have to rely on that single admin for inviting staff members or making changes. It would account for issues and staff leave.

Topic AI - Topic suggestion

Arm pain - Topic has wrist, thumb, shoulder, finger, leg, back, chest pain etc. But nothing for generic arm pain. Can this be added in? Eczema - whilst the more generalised 'rash' is an option. It would be good to have something more specific here.
