Option to give patient general information in text that doesn't require extra security.

Older patients in particular are not following up on text messages asking them to attend a clinic because they think they are getting spam when they are asked for their date of birth as extra ID. Unless the information being sent is confidential in which case there should be an option to say message needs to be sent securely. Otherwise the information should be sent directly.
