Allow clinicians to reply by voice message. Transcript added to patches

Improves efficiency - transcribed speaking rather than typing. Patients can hear the clinician recorded reply.

We save the request as attachment and the text is badly formatted with lots of extraneous HTML type formatting and doesn't include linked questionnaire's generated by AI.

Sorting and filing bulk message replies
