option to turn off patchs when x number of requests in the GP inbox rather than the number coming into the system per day

at present we can set up patchs to turn off after x number of requests over a time period - could there be a function to do this if an inbox reaches a certain number (GP inbox) - currently we will do this manually depending on demand on the day, would be useful over the winter
