Patchs Reports Merged

Hi, Please can I ask if it is possible to make reports about the triage outcomes – how many f2f? How many were telephone calls to patient etc.? Can we see any reports on which clinician is dealing with how many queries and what the triage outcomes are? E.g. numbers that need an appt/visit/telephone call etc? Thanks
