Attaching documents to outgoing messages directly from sharepoint Merged

All our shared drives have now been moved over to sharepoint. Patchs does not have the ability to attach directly from there. It may not be clinically safe to save a copy of the document to desktop as any changes would need to be updated locally.

We wanted to let you know that it's now possible to attach documents directly from the clinical system and this will hopefully remove the need for you to attach documents from your desktop or sharepoint.
