So that I can send information to patients via PATCHS more quickly

Attaching documents to outgoing messages directly from sharepoint

Merged
All our shared drives have now been moved over to sharepoint. Patchs does not have the ability to attach directly from there. It may not be clinically safe to save a copy of the document to desktop as any changes would need to be updated locally.
