Patients are accidentally cancelling their appointments from the appointment reminder. Please can PATCHS ask "are you sure you want to cancel" Merged

The one touch cancellation is causing us lots of issues with patients accidentally cancelling their appointments. Would it be better to ask them to confirm they want to cancel?
