Ask if patient is sure they want to cancel appointment after clicking appointment cancel link

I have been testing out the appointment reminders using a test patient. I click on the link to cancel the appointment, expecting a message to pop up, to ask if I am sure i wish to cancel. This does not happen, and the appointment is cancelled. It's far too easy for someone to click on the link and cancel their appointment, when they didn't intend to.

Patients are accidentally cancelling their appointments from the appointment reminder. Please can PATCHS ask "are you sure you want to cancel"

The one touch cancellation is causing us lots of issues with patients accidentally cancelling their appointments. Would it be better to ask them to confirm they want to cancel?
