Provide an 'outbox' or 'sent messages' folder

There should be an outbox or sent messages folder in order to see who have you sent messages and not replied yet to remind or keep track of.

Load patient details from the clinical system (e.g. EMIS, Systm1) instead of PDS

Patient details may be more up to date in the clinical system rather than PDS. Have it as an option as some practices may prefer to use PDS.

If a bulk message is sent with the wrong code, audience or SMS template we should have the ability to stop or cancel the messages before further text's/emails are sent to patients.
