Self-Book appointment link: Specifying a Clinician

Whilst we can sort of specify a clinician using clever session names when selecting 'Clinic type' on the self-book links, it's very very limited. We would love the ability to send out appointment links based on SESSION HOLDER. We are really wrestling with this lack of continuity at the practice and PCN levels. Ideally, we would like our patients to be able to view and book appointments available for the clinician(s) of their choice.

This feature would massively enhance continuity of care, allow us much more control over the appointments we can offer, and support patients who need to see a specific clinician about ongoing care.
