As a PATCHS staff user I want to be able to run a report that shows who requests were submitted by, i.e. 'patient' vs 'staff' So that I can understand how PATCHS is being used

Med3 info advice should be first day after self cert not first day off

At the moment the advice says that the first day off work should be the start date for the med3 so patients get confused as obviously they should self cert for a week first.
