Make hospital letters downloadable to a PDF or similar

Patient reported that the window to read their hospital letters on PATCHS was too small and difficult to make out the writing. They suggested that the window either needs to be made bigger, or it would be more useful if patients could download their hospital letters either to a PDF to make it easier to read
