Red banner instead of orange to flag warnings

As a PATCHS practice staff user
When I try to open, fill in triage decisions, or save a patient request to the clinical system for a patient whose contact details have not been verified
Then I would like to see a red pop up asking me to verify the patient contact details
To make it more noticeable than the existing orange warning banners
