Restrict staff user access to records of friends and family

As a PATCHS practice staff user
I would like to be able to mark a patient as being a friend or family member of myself
So that the system then blocks me from being able to view data from that patient
And blocks others from assigning requests, tasks, video consultations etc for that patient to me
