Option to remove "Book an appointment" button

We use PATCHs to book all our GP appointments - we do not operate an open calendar where patients can just book in whatever they would like.

When patients click the "Book an appointment" button it prompts them to set up linkage details but even when they do that, it doesn't work and causes them a bunch of confusion.

Could there be an option for us to remove/hide this button?
