Coding of values from questionnaires (height, weight, BP etc)

In the same way that values are coded into the clinical system from the standard Patchs questionnaires, it would be useful for the values of height, weight and BP etc be automatically coded coming into the record if manually added by a user. Currently it codes a BP code for example but no value attached to it.
