Staggered Bulk Messages - the ability to revoke the whole uploaded csv file or individual patients from it.

The ability to revoke the whole uploaded csv file or individual patients from it for a staggered bulk message would prove very useful for when a patient has died or left the practice as we wouldn't want them to receive a message. For practices / PCNs with very large patient populations this would be very useful as if staggered over a large number of days (more than just a couple of days), there is potential to send a text message to a deceased patient through no fault of the practice.
