An example was today's global computer outage when having a message on the front of Patchs (when a patient logs in or accesses the triage questions) would have been helpful to explain the situation and how to respond. We changed the fixed message but then had to re-write it later. This fixed message is also limitited to 300 characters which may not be enough. A banner or 'call-out' type of message we could write and then remove (or with an auto-delete option) is desirable.
