Care Homes to have an account that allows them to submit requests for patients registered at different practices under one login - similar to the admin account where the Practice can be selected from a drop down at the top of the page. We are currently asking our Care Homes to register with a carers account and add their residents, but they require a separate email address for each Practice. This is not ideal as many care homes only have 1 generic email address that can be accessed by multiple staff. It is not feasible to use individual accounts as this means only that person is able to submit the requests
Totally agree with this! We have just come across this and I am amazed that it doesn't have more votes! Is there a solution to this problem that you have found?
