Change the online message given to patients when Patchs is closed

Concern has been raised regarding the current Patch's message which says '***** Surgery is unavailable for health problems on PATCHS' message is the operative word and to a lot of patients, would suggest that PATCHS is not available. In addition patients may consider all contact with the surgery to be health problems. I would suggest that consideration be give to changing the message to something on the lines of 'PATCHS is only available for Administration and Medication request and closed for other purposes'.
