For Patchs staff members / practice managers:
The ability to see more detailed request information in a reportable form. Ideally they would like to see a report which shows every request during a specified month, and show how long it spent in Unassigned, how long it was Assigned and time to completion. Information from the triage decisions which indicate how this request was actioned would be beneficial.
This is to comply more quickly with audit requests from CQC - the practice was recently asked to provide this information for last month for every request raised via Patchs. While some of this information (I think) is available via the CCG reports, it is not available to the practice within their instance. The practice have been going through their Completed inbox and writing the information down 1 by 1.
