When a Patchs arrives and has not been completed we do need this shown in the patient record as this fact will be missed by another practitioner to whom the Patchs has not been allocated (causing confusion and mis-communication with the patient who expects us to all have the same information). The code of 'Patient information received using general practice online consultation system' seems best. This would then allow the clinician to open that new Patchs and have the full picture of the patient requests (ideally it would have a hyper-link to that specific Patchs but that may be too frilly). Seems a 'no brainer' and a step forward in better integration with the ePR.
(some colleagues currently save the uncompleted Patchs to achieve this but that can add to the confusion).
