Change the default date ranges for the feedback reports

Every month we have to submit friends and family test data for the last calendar month. At the moment there are predefined date filters of last 12 months, ...12 weeks, ... 14 days. None of these are ideal for our submissions, so we have to amend the date range using the custom option. I'm not sure about others but I think replacing "last 12 weeks" and "last 14 days" with "last 3 months, and "last month" would be more beneficial. It will certainly save us a few seconds each month when collating data for our CQRS submission.
