As a Patchs staff user who is reviewing and responding to a patient request
I want to see when the patient has other open requests. (on the inbox list and on the request details page)
So that our team can review and respond to PATCHS messages as effectively as possible and that a (duplicated) request is not being managed by more than 1 person.
