Example would be - Patient submits a PATCHS request, they are then booked in for an appointment and sent a message. Those requests sometimes remain in the PATCHS system not yet completed. At the point this request is then 'completed' this should save to the patient record at the time it was actioned / request was sent. However currently it would save at the time you 'complete' it.
What this means is that some things within the patient new journal on System One end up out of chronological order. This can complicate things when you have patients who are frequent attenders and end up with their consultations / requests out of order.
