Update Patchs record with Dissent status for messaging

The practice have asked if it is possible to be able to mark non-digital patient records as "No Contact" if they were to dissent from messaging via email or SMS. This can be marked in the clinical system but does not carry over to Patchs, so there may be incidents where the patient is accidentally messaged.

If there was a system that allowed the patient record to be updated with an option to disable email and/or SMS messaging for that record, then this would ensure that the patient isn't incorrectly contacted
