As a Practice Manager, I occasionally deal with Patchs when covering for other non-clinical staff who are absent. When completing a task and filling the the AI boxes at the end, I would like to be able to say that another non-clinical / clinical role within the practice should have dealt with it, but the only options available are for other organisations or for me - this can't be providing appropriate info fo the AI system to lear who deals with what.
