Triage Decision Amendment- Who should have dealt with the problem Merged

Currently if I complete a triage decision, I don't have the ability to choose a Dr/Nurse in my practice (role not person). I am on Patchs as a Practice Manager, I only have the ability to say the Myself or somebody external to the practice should have dealt witht the problem and not a doctor within the practice. Most Patchs are completed / filed by the clinician themselves but in the cases where somebody else is filing a Patch after action has been taken, we can't say that the problem should have been dealt with by a clinician in our own practice.
