Ability to set templates for the default message populated when sending an appointment self-book invite

When Patchs staff member sends an appointment self-book invite, they would like to be able to have the message text populated from a template they themselves have set up based on clinic type, slot type, and site. This idea is being put forward due to staff members currently have to manually edit the message text each time.
