Advised that if practices free texts a message to a patient to be sent in the body of the SMS/email it goes in the body, If a practices use a message template in bulk messages to send an SMS/email to patients even generic messages e.g. "You are due for your flu vaccine. Please call the surgery" it goes as a message that says click link to read message.
Please can you set up a separate message template category for bulk messages only that will go in the body of the email/sms message and not as a click to read link. Make the template content box 2 fragment lengths maximum. Practices don't want to free text sms messages to ensure it goes in the body of the text/email.
