Configure AI tools to detect pre-defined symptoms and alert practice

Site have requested this functionality in order to easily identify patients reporting a particular set of symptoms and adjust the urgency accordingly for easy visibility

Practices will benefit from this by being able to quickly identify any symptoms that may need actioning as per NHS guidance, without having to wait for updates to Patchs and being able to configure it on the fly and prioritise incoming requests

This could be implemented by adding in a new Feature Setting to enable a list of Keywords to be set up and have an Urgency directly associated, so if the keyword is flagged in the consultation then it can set the urgency as defined by the practice
