More filters on reporting timelines ie yesterday, today, last week, this week.
Also a report of all patchs today/yesterday that can be downloaded with the download including the patient phone number (we want to track our abandoned call report against submitted patchs to track unserviced requests).
It would be great if all reports could be extracted with microsoft power automate into power BI.
