Re-order sections on the request details page


Where the Triage box is placed in the message. When receptionist opens the request, After the patient notes section, there should be the Triage Box FIRST, and after that the option to reply to the patient. This is the logical order of handling the request. As it is now, there is a danger the receptionist will answer back and not bother with the triage section. ACTION swap these sections around. Have the Triage section first, and then the text response/reply templates after that.

Request details should show sections in this order:

  • Patient chatlog

  • Triage decision

  • Reply to patient

  • Attachments
