Different options for clinical consultations

When patients submit a clinical consultation, could you please a a function so they can select what their consultation is regarding. Example, mental health, cough, minor skin problems, etc. Then have the ability to turn on and off each area. Example, currently we only want to receive online consultations for minor skin problems. Rather than it being just clinical and non clinical, we would like to expand on the clinal requests so we can triage effectively.
