Filter awaiting response and completed inboxes by assigned user, completed by user, and completed date/time

As a PATCHS staff user

I would like to be able to filter the awaiting response inbox by the user the request is assigned to

And the completed inbox by the user the request was assigned to, the user who completed the request, and / or the date/time the request was completed

To better find the requests I need to

And better fulfill reporting requirements
